Video Proof: Please make a video of your parcel while unboxing it. Without this video, your complaint for a wrong or broken product will not be accepted.
Return/Exchange Conditions: Products can only be returned or exchanged if they were delivered incorrectly or damaged. No returns or exchanges are allowed for other reasons.
