Return & Exchange Policy

  • Complaint Registration: If you receive an incorrect or broken product, you must register your complaint within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Video Proof: Please make a video of your parcel while unboxing it. Without this video, your complaint for a wrong or broken product will not be accepted.

  • Return/Exchange Conditions: Products can only be returned or exchanged if they were delivered incorrectly or damaged. No returns or exchanges are allowed for other reasons.
